Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

• This project is located in Jaisalmer City of Rajasthan state. The latitude and longitude of the STP is 26°15’51.67″N 72°58’34.20″E.
• The system has a capacity of 10 KLD.
• The plant receives wastewater from hotel.
• The inlet wastewater has a BOD, COD and TSS of 125, 150 and 125 mg/L.
• A French Vertical Flow constructed Wetland was installed.
• The BOD, COD and TSS removal efficiency of the STP is greater than 98% throughout the year.
• The treated water is used for gardening.
